Class Payments
1. How do I purchase an unlimited monthly contract?
Click on the “Online Store“, Click on “Contracts”, Select a contract from the drop down menu, Enter the date you would like the contract to start, Check box to agree to terms, Click on “Make Purchase”
2. How do I purchase a Class Package or Unlimited Month (no contract)?
Click on the “Online Store”, Click on “Series & Memberships”, Select a package (or unlimited month without a contract) from the drop down menu, Click on “Make Purchase”
3. Can I purchase my classes at the studio or do I have to purchase them online?
You can do either!
4. I’m having trouble deciding which package to buy. Should I buy a Class Pack or a Monthly Unlimited Contract?
More than 2 visits per week, a Monthly Unlimited Contract is the best value. 1-2 visits per week, a Monthly Class Pack is best for you.
5. If I buy a class package, when do they expire?
When you purchase a Monthly Class Pack it will note on the receipt the expiration date of the package.
6. If I agree to a monthly contract, can I suspend my contract for work/travel/health reasons?
Yes. Clients may suspend their 3, 6, or 12 month contract 1 time with no associated fees. Clients may suspend their contract for as long as 1 month. Please consult an instructor if you have any questions regarding this issue. Fees will apply with longer suspensions, or more than 1 suspension, within in a contract term. Please email us at info@empower-fitness.net with the dates from (and to) which you would like to suspend your contract.
7. What form of payment do you accept?
Online we accept Mastercard & Visa, in the studio we take Mastercard, Visa, cash and personal checks.
8. Can I purchase Gift Certificates for friends and family?
Empower Fitness does offer gift certificates for both classes and private sessions! They are a great way to get your friends and family motivated toward a healthier lifestyle.
9. Do You Have a Referral Program?
Yes! Refer a friend, family member, co-worker, neighbor or anyone who wants to get fit and receive a free class when they make a purchase of 4 classes. No limit! The more people you refer, the more the rewards!
