Private Personal Fitness Training

1. How do you determine my specific needs and goals?
An initial meeting for a comprehensive assessment of your physical health, physical capabilities, and exercise history will be followed by clarification of your fitness goals and the perceived obstacles to achieving them. Next, a carefully designed exercise program will be created and implemented specifically tailored to your individual needs.

2. How long is a typical training session?
Training sessions last approximately 45 to 50 minutes depending on the client.

3. What forms of payment are accepted?
Empower Fitness accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, personal check as well as cash. All payments must be made prior to the client’s training session.

4. Is Private Small Group Training offered?
Group training is offered and is a great way to reduce the cost per session of your workouts! Limited to 4 clients per session.
