1. Do I need to reserve a spot in the class?
Yes, we require that you sign-up online in advance due to our class size restriction. To reserve your spot, simply visit the Class Sign Up page, select the class that you would like to take on the scheduling page and follow the prompts to create a profile and reserve your spot. You can also bookmark the link for quick access.
2. Do I have to create a profile to reserve a spot in the class?
Yes, in order to reserve a spot online, you must create a profile. (Each person in your family will need to create their own profile i.e. husband and wife cannot share a profile)
3. Can I purchase my classes at the studio or do I have to purchase them online?
You can absolutely pay at the time of class. When you register yourself for the class select the option to register as “unpaid” this way you will be able to pay in studio prior to class. If you pay at the time of class it will be the $15 for a singe class or you can purchase a package. Online we accept MasterCard & Visa, in the studio we take credit cards, cash and personal checks.
4. Why does it request my credit card information?
We require all clients to have their credit card information on file to fulfill the cancellation policy. Since clients can register for classes as unpaid, we will only use your credit card information on file to charge for a late cancel or no show fee.
5. If I reserve a spot in a class, do I need to cancel my reservation if I can no longer attend?
Absolutely. We ask that you cancel your reservation as soon as you know that you will not be able to attend so that your spot opens up for a wait-list client or other clients looking to sign up. And please be aware that we do have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 12 hour window, this is considered a late cancel and a fee will apply. To cancel your class, log in to the website, click on the “My Info” tab in the top right corner then click on “My Schedule.”
6. Do you have a late cancel and/or no-show policy?
Yes. As a courtesy to other clients, you must cancel yourself out of class 12 hours prior to class time in order to avoid being charged. Drop-In members will lose that session and unlimited members or those taking their first class will be charged a $10 late fee or $15 for no-show fee to their credit card on file. This policy is subject to change by management at any time.
7. It looks like the class I want to take is FULL. Do you have a wait-list?
Yes. If you see that there are 0 open spaces for a class, you can (and we highly recommend that you do) add yourself to the wait-list. Many clients change their schedules and spots open up. When someone cancels out of a class (prior to the 12 hour cancellation window), the next person on the wait-list is automatically moved into the class. The wait-listed client is notified via email of their addition to the class. If you no longer wish to attend the class you must cancel yourself off the class list and/or the wait-list within 12 hours prior to class start time to avoid late cancel ($10) or no-show ($15) fees.
8. Do you ever have any last-minute openings?
Yes, we often have last-minute openings, mostly due to late-cancels or no-shows. Once the 12 hour cancellation window has passed, wait-listed clients are no longer automatically moved into classes. We highly recommend checking the schedule once the 12 hour window has passed, to see if there is any availability in the class.
9. Can I purchase Gift Certificates for friends and family?
Empower Fitness does offer gift certificates for both classes and private sessions! They are a great way to get your friends and family motivated toward a healthier lifestyle.
10. Do You Have a Referral Program?
Yes! Refer a friend, family member, co-worker, neighbor or anyone who wants to get fit and receive a free class when they make a purchase of 4 classes. No limit! The more people you refer, the more the rewards!
