Empower Fitness offers Spin, Circuit Training and Fusion Classes

With a maximum of 9 participants per class you are guaranteed an emphasis on your personal goals, efficient use our your time, and your overall exercise experience.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training classes are a can’t miss combination of cardiovascular and strength training. Students are led through a variety of different stations designed to increase the heart rate, strengthen muscles and improve core development. Stations are performed for one to two minute intervals and consist of free weights, stability balls, Bosu, medicine balls, cardio drills, TRX Suspension Training, elliptical, exercise bike, resistance tubing and abdominal exercises. All levels are welcome!

Spin (Indoor Cycling)

Spin classes are offered on new, state of the art Keiser M3 indoor cycles. These whisper quiet bikes have revolutionized indoor cycling by making it easier on the joints while giving you the feeling of being on a real road bike! Keiser bikes use innovative magnetic resistance technology and include a digital display so that you can control your specific gear and speed to fine-tune your ride. Beginner through advanced clients will be challenged by this heart pumping class! The Keiser bikes are SPD compatible so bring your cycling shoes. If you are new to Spin classes the first few times may be produce soreness from the bike seat. A padded bike seat or padded cycling shorts can help remedy this problem.

Spin & Circuit Fusion

This fusion class gets you moving in a full body strength and cardio workout. We begin with 25 minutes on the spin bike to get your heart pumping and muscles moving. Then off the bike for a 25 minute strength training circuit. Each person performs a different exercise for one minute using a variety of equipment, including the TRX trainer, BOSU ball, body weight, body bars, free weights and medicine balls. Exercises are specifically designed to condition a variety of muscles in your upper body, lower body and core. All levels are welcome!

Spin & Core Sculpt

This fusion class is a great cardio endurance workout with a block of strength training and toning for your core. It is designed to target your core muscles to promote an increase in strength, balance, joint stability and muscle endurance. Intense Spin/Cardio portion: ~35 – 40 min and Core Sculpting/Strengthening portion: ~10 – 15 min. All levels are welcome!

Class reservations are required and can be completed online by clicking here. Signing up for our fitness class is completely automated from payment through to booking classes, so you can do everything (other than the workout!) on your computer or mobile phone.

12 Hour Late Cancel Policy: As a courtesy to other clients, you MUST cancel yourself out of class 12 hours prior to class time in order to avoid being charged. Drop-In members will lose that session and unlimited members or those taking their first class will be charged a $10 late fee or $15 for no-show fee to their credit card on file. This policy is subject to change by management at any time.
