While we can’t always control the thoughts that enter our minds, we do have control over our responses to them.
Food is fuel, but it can be fun too. It can be enjoyed without a second thought.
Negative thoughts, fears, and stress can feel so frustrating, but they don’t have to overtake your mind or actions.
It took me years to unlearn the fear and finally feel free around food. But you don’t have to struggle that long.

Every time I demo an exercise, there’s at least one client who gives me the “you want me to do WHAT?!” look.
But after a few tries (and a little coaching), they get it. And that moment? It’s the best part.
