If you have been searching for information on weight loss or body composition change, you have probably heard about macros or macronutrients. It might seem difficult at first to digest all the information you find on macronutrients, but trust me it is not as hard as you think.
Macronutrients are carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. These are the primary components to your diet. Each person should consume different amounts of macros based on their body types, fitness levels, goals and lifestyle. Your health and fitness journey starts in the kitchen. What and how you eat is often what contributes most to your weight loss or body recomposition
If you don’t know where to start and are struggling to find information on macro-nutrients that you can actually implement in your diet, you’re in the right place.
Here’s Where I Can Help:
Tell me, which of these describes your current nutrition dilemma?
- Is it even possible to eat without anxiety? Every choice seems either “good” or “bad.”
- You have heard the term macros floating around social media or the internet and are curious what it’s all about.
- You’re tracking macros on your own but aren’t seeing the results you expected.
- You’re putting in a ton of hard work in the gym but you aren’t seeing the results you’d like.
- Eating less and moving more worked well until it just…didn’t. Is restriction the only way to see results?
- Your motivation to stick to “clean eating” is fleeting.
- You’ve come to expect cravings and it’s hit or miss if you’re disciplined enough to avoid eating all the things!!
- The thought of special events or going out to eat gives you anxiety because you don’t want to ruin all of your progress.
Now I want you to imagine what it will be like to…
- To eat without first having a full mental debate about what’s on your plate
- To sleep soundly through the whole night and wake with energy
- To feel confident that what you eat is purposefully supporting your weight goals and metabolism
- To stop passing up experiences because they will interrupt your strict routine… No more berating yourself for a “cheat day!”
- To feel like exercise is fun, enjoyable, and empowering — not “means to an end” for weight loss.
Why Hire Me As A Coach:
I started this program to help people just like you finally take control of their nutrition and fitness goals. I myself struggled for years to find a program that worked and was sustainable and it wasn’t until I learned how to track my macros that I was finally free from the ups and downs of fad diets. I wanted to have all the information and strategies possible to help my clients, so I am proud to be Certified as a Macros-Based Diet Coach through Precision Nutrition.
By partnering with me, you will learn how to eat a balanced diet using a macros approach. As your head coach, I will be your point of contact, ready to support you and your goals through the process. You will benefit from my insights as we work together to tailor your macronutrient targets to goals, metabolism and achieve your best body composition.
And, let’s be real here, I won’t just prescribe you some “macro plan” and send you on your way. You can count on me to dig way beneath the surface. We’ll look at your greater physical health picture because, believe me, your body is as unique as your goals and I know the importance of considering your stress levels, sleep habits and gut health in order to get the results you deserve. Just as importantly, we’ll look at your mindset, background and personal goals.
The Program:
My program is simple, I will teach you the art of flexible dieting, or IIFYM (if it fits your macros). In this program we will track just the three macronutrients according to what your body needs. This is not like other fad diets that eliminate food groups or have you watch other intakes. We literally only track fat, carbs and protein! And the best part, you will be able to eat all your favorite foods, I promise!
